Figuring how many photos go into your album. Example: If your album is a 10-page matted album, then you have 20 sides to design. The first and last page S1 (Side 1) and S20 (Side 20) are next to a blank back side of outer cover:
So for S1 we recommend your favorite portrait of you and your beloved that has great expressions and then another smaller image to go into an oval mat, example: close up of the bouquet or another other of your favorite.
Each mat you can fit from one to four images in it, times that by 20 sides is about 78 images (that is if every page you create has four images in it except first and last) (if your package includes this many prints). On the average, you use from 3 to 4 images per side. Remember that also means 4-4x5 prints which are very small and sometimes hard to see faces.
We recommend selecting all the images that you want in your album using the finished prints we sent. On the back of each print you will see some small number and what you’re looking for is something that starts with 0065.jpg. This number will also be the number on your web site for the same image and if you received a DVD disk it will correspond to that image as well.
Use a table and put your image in the event order that makes sense to you. Tell the story of your special day the way you want to. Think about the final album. Do one page at a time so if your working on S2: that would be the “getting ready”, do you want one side or two sides of these images? You could have S2 as “bride getting ready” and S3 as “groom getting ready”
Finally what we need from you is a work sheet that has the entire image with a brief description, emailed to us or any other way of sending it to use.
We do a mock up of the photos you choose and make another site for your approval. After your approval we then send the images to our custom labs and bindery company for you. This all takes about six weeks depending on the season where in.

- Italic Imprint Name(s) & Date on outside of cover: Exactly how you prefer. Gold, Silver, Black, White or Branded (some people use the Gilding Color)
- Work sheet with image selections.
- New Address to send Album(s) if different from our records.
