A minimum
retainer of 25% is required to book your event date. This retainer is to reserve
the time and date for the event to perform
agreed upon
services. Enchanted Images (hereafter referred to as The Studio) agrees not to
book any other event on this contracted date. The last payment is due two weeks
prior to the event date. A service fee of $2.00 per $100.00 will be applied for
credit card payments. A $50.00 charge will be applied for checks returned by the
bank. It is agreed that the studio will be the only professional photographers
at this event. It is also agreed that rights to exclusive use of all negatives,
digital and reproduction there from remains with the Studio. This includes any
use for display or advertisements of any photograph from this agreement. Client
agrees to forfeit all items due to them from contracted Collection items and/or
other frame, print and/or albums, etc. not picked up (or have not had delivery
arrangements made), paid or unpaid, within one year from availability date.
Additional fees apply for Graphic Retouch. All print, frame, and specialty
orders are to be paid for in advance. Prices are subject to change without
notice. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the unlikely event that the Studio is unable to
provide the services or photographs agreed to (due to equipment failure or other
unforeseen circumstances) the liability of the Studio and its photographers will
be limited to the extent of the monies already paid to the Studio. In the event
of such an occurrence, the monies paid by the client will be returned to the
client. All cancellations must be made in writing. If final payment is not
received by the final payment date and client has not contacted the studio and
made other arrangements for payment with the studio, the studio will assume the
event has been canceled and client is responsible for full amount of the
agreement. If the client cancels up to 90 days prior to the event, the initial
retainer may be refunded to the client. Any other monies paid to the studio for
this event will be credited to you and may be used for any other services of the
Studio. Any credit must be used by the client within six months of the original
event date. Monies paid prior to cancellations less than 90 days prior to the
event will not be refunded. If no notification of cancellation is given, client
will be liable for full amount of the agreement. This agreement contains all terms, conditions, and
agreements pertaining to the photographing of this event. This agreement may not
be amended in any way, except by a written agreement between Enchanted Images
and the Client.
